Wow, the last day of June already. So hard to believe this year is already half over.

I read this in an article on CNN.com about a 30 year old murder case. Morbid I know, but it can apply to so many things in life. We are all so vulnerable and can be manipulated in the name of love. But true love does not lie.
Looks like we will be going to Tulsa for the 4th. It has been a while since we were last there, so it will be good to see Ed's parents. Bob and Liz, Gary and Sandy will be there as well, the guys will be going to the "WingDing", not sure what we girls will do. Shopping is very possible. I am sure Mexican food will be had by all at some point. And of course fireworks. Sunday will be another lazy day after all the traveling and fun.
The really good news is that the weather is cooling down somewhat. Yay for that!! Of course we know the heat will be back, this is only a slight reprieve. July and August are never any fun.... Hurry up September and October!!
